Customers may cancel their appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled inspection time to avoid any charges.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection are not eligible for a refund.

Processing Refunds:

Refunds will be processed through our payment gateway, Cashfree.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

Exceptions
In case of unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), Wheelwise reserves the right to assess cancellations and refunds on a case-by-case basis.
