At Wheelwise, we aim to provide high-quality vehicle inspection services. To maintain efficiency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window:
    Customers may cancel their appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled inspection time to avoid any charges.
     

  • Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection are not eligible for a refund.
     

  • How to Cancel:

Refund Policy

  • Eligible Refunds:
    Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection time.
     

  • Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

    • If the inspection has already been conducted.

    • If the cancellation request is incomplete or invalid.
       

  • Processing Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed through our payment gateway, Cashfree.

    • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

Payment Gateway Information

All payments made for our services are processed securely via Cashfree. For any issues related to payment processing, contact us at sales@wheelwise.in with your payment receipt details.

Exceptions

In case of unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), Wheelwise reserves the right to assess cancellations and refunds on a case-by-case basis.
